i have a pack of tom yam, kind donation of ryd and fariz. but have no time to buy some seafood and make tom yam soup since supermarket always closed by the time i get back form work. :(
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. italian food is fabulous.... but i think chinese/local food is still world best!!!
i just had pork chops, some starchy thing that looks like mash potatoes, a bowl of salade, a plate of pasta, a whole meal bun, a can of coke. And ended it with some chocolates and a cafe correto (not sure about spelling) but it's hardcore coffee with a shot of grappa.
well, i think it's the beginning of a fat baobab.
my mom is sending me some curry paste. and i will find the pastry and i can make some curry puffs to satisfy my epok epok dream.
see lah! you all said, i'm on carb overload diet! now you see it for yourself. At least food in Treviso ain't as expensive as Venezia. I think I left a Mee Soto Cup Noodle in your jacket box back in Venezia. Better than nothing right?
Tell your Dr Mother to bring all the spices over to Treviso! You won't regret it! I gave away most of my spices to Siti, since she was quite pitiful, w/o having much local food. You know her pattern lah. At first refuse, then will take it in the end. Hahaha ... Those were the days!
brutus. tomyam is simple to cook. lime, chicken stock, chilli and lemongrass. i think thats all you need to make the base. or at least something close to it. just try lor. if you can get the ingredients then that would be fab!
Dont need all that. The tom yam paste works wonders on its own. Just add water n boil with the fresh ingredients. The added flavour will come from the chicken and seafood and vegetables.
