as expected... the food cravings have arrived.. it's freezing today. I'm decked up in guillermo's jacket, my own jacket, above my turtle neck and i'm freezing and super hungry

it's been raining for hte past few days without break. venice was flooded over the weekend. (typical i hear)

it's currenly mabe 15º manageable.. but not when the rain is pissing down on ur and u're soaked to the bone. :(

there's those ready made Prima laksa paste in the shops here, get Dr mother to send a pack to you? think all u need is dumb everything into a pot of boiling water.. seems i heard that the ingredients are all freeze dried.

i had horrible nasi padang from school canteen. :X

but dont u need the lemon grass and that fresh green stuff to sprinkle into it and shrimps!!

the dried prawns are mixed into the paste already. as for the laksa veggie, think it is freeze dried in the condiments pack. the only things you need are the laksa beehoon and cockles.. cant really remember. i'll go check it out for ya when im in town :) well even if there's no cockles, the gravy is enough to satisfy your laksa craving hehe.

I feel your pain about carbo overload- I just got back from a month-long trip to Italy last week and the first thing I wanted was some stir fried broccoli- I hardly saw a vegetable the whole time I was there... ironically, once I got back, I started missing my morning roll and nutella.

btw, Can't make you jealous, I've just been eating ginger snaps all day. (and getting so fat!)
