I've handed food control over to my parents. My therapist has given them a meal plan and im going to stick to it for at least a week. If I gain I'll stop obviously but I don't think iI will. I have calculated how many cals im having each day and its always around the 1200 mark which I am actually ok with because it stops me from binging which is ( Read more... )

yeh it seems to be going ok ish atm although I am still having the occasional binge. and although I haven't actually lost any weight, I haven't gained and I've gone down to a UK6 because i've really upped the gym. I go everyday now so I think I have more muscle which is why the weight hasn't started to decrease yet. feeling quite positive most days though which is good. how're you?
