Day two fitness challenge

Yesterday I began a 90 day challenge to myself to complete a schedule of work outs I designed. Yesterday went well. Perfect. Today will go well. It did not start well (issues between Mike and I, not work out related) but it messed up my schedule as usual. Now I have to pull myself together and put on my big girl panties and work out. Clean eating is the healthiest way you can possibly go. I already eat like that. My issue right now is that I need to eat for a goal. I need to eat to gain muscle. Food for fuel and nothing else. LOL it is an easy plan to create just a stinky one to follow.
