Day 5 of my challenge

Whoooo hoo! I had an amazing work out today. I kicked it up a few notches and I was sweating buckets. I had my protein shake and got my butt to the track and did my 3.69 miles of sprints (which totally sucked in 95 degrees). We came home ate lunch and the kids went in the pool and I layed out.

what are you doing for arms? i do the basic stuff and i'm seeing nothing, but i was thinking maybe its because i still have a lot of fat on my arms!

anyway, this is so great :) glad to hear you're doing so well!!

oh, also, what are your meals usually like? i'm running out of ideas on foods and i honestly am not a big fan of meat, emily isn't either. i'm thinking about excluding all meat out of our meals except for chicken and fish. do you have any recipes you would recommend?? :)

well right now I am living on protein and green smoothies and vega. when I am not trying to accomplish a fitness goal I eat raw fruit for breakfast, nuts, salads, lentil burgers, whole wheat pasta, baked taters, LOTS of green veggies!

oh how do you make lentil burgers! that sounds good. and what do you put in your green smoothies! as you can see, i really need some help lol. i'm tired of eating terrible things, although i'm losing weight and watching my portions, i would feel so much better if i just cut out ALL of the crap! any help is great :)
