Whoooo hoo! I had an amazing work out today. I kicked it up a few notches and I was sweating buckets. I had my protein shake and got my butt to the track and did my 3.69 miles of sprints (which totally sucked in 95 degrees). We came home ate lunch and the kids went in the pool and I layed out.
So now my 90 day challenge has become much more
