I looked outside earlier and there was a flock of birds, circling and circling. They would go one way and disappear, and then suddenly they'd zoom right past my window. I took a bunch of pictures. They came out kinda grainy because I didn't really bother to set the camera properly, but I like the effect in this one:

the pic really wasn't intended to look scary, bit I'm actually glad it came out that way. i need pictures for a project for my "Gothic" class at school, and i think I'll use this one. Have you read the Edgar Allan Poe story "The Raven"? this pic makes a good illustration for that story.
