today, i lifted my mouth to the sky and breathed in the rain.
i got into the bathtub and stayed in until it was cold, pouring wax on my stomach.
i went under the water, opened my eyes, and held my breath until the last moment.

it just feels so good to be alive. i don't want to forget that, ever.
