ecosure will get you for the watches. call PCC and ask them what the exact rules and limitations are regarding tattoos.

Come work in my district, they will let you get away with it. Jewelry, piercings, non dress code, and whatever tattoos you want. (Unless of course you are me and you wear a starbucks tshirt without a polo under it. that's apparently not ok.)
