Ooooohhhhhh Coooonnooorrrrrr!! Don't tease an incorporeal woman that way! I think it's absolutely possible, with crunchy AND soft Tacos! The trick would be getting the perfect sauce to make sure the cookies stayed in! I'm thinking chocolate. Lots and LOTS of chocolate.
