So I am free from the disease of MDS, realivity certain I will not face Leukemia, bone marrow has grafted in well and I am thankfully alive. I am very thankful for the team of Doctors who worked miracles to keep me alive and the comforting , supportive treatment they continue to give me. You know I am with you in thought and experience, my dear. It's funny how much older we both are now than we were a few years back BI (before illness). Not laugh funny but odd. It seems odd to me that the body responds this way. I guess it is that so much of the physical reserves go to constantly healing all the little stuff and dealing with the results of chemo and radiation, even years later, that the normal aging seems to speed up.

Well, I WOULD love a few days on the couch. Provided I was on the couch by choice, didn't feel like shit, felt better the longer I spent RELAXING (you relaxed?), knew I'd be off the damn couch whenever I felt like it, and, uh, didn't feel like shit ( ... )
