I was watching Paula Deen on Food Network today and she showed a simple Egg Omelet using a plastic bag. Bring a pan of water to boiling. Premix egg and milk in a bowl, 1 taablespoon milk for each egg, pour it into the bag and add your favorite additions to the bag and mix. remove all air from the bag and place into the boiling water.
