yay snake

i've got a gorgeous vibrant python crawling around on me.

every time she sheds, she hides out under a box for like two weeks, and i wonder why she's being so antisocial. then all of a sudden a bright friendly snake resurfaces, and i'm like "oh yeah, duh. she was she was shedding."

oh my, you just said the magic word!!! have you seen these before? some are on my desk. which, ya know... well, between the snake photos and the rat photos, not everyone's so happy about it. but i love them! i swear, then only reason i manage to drag my ass to work most mornings is b/c i want enough money to keep my animals. so i like to look at them at work when i'm down :-)

BEAUTIFUL snakey!!!
I used to keep one like that (much smaller, and it was passed on to the camp director's daughters, who *loved* it, too!). Miss it!!! :)
