I am done unpacking, my parents just left, my roomates stuff is all put away, I have officially arrived. I am a college student. My room is really nice, it's got AC and a lot of space now that the beds are bunked. My tv doesn't work yet, because our cable connection is messed up, but otherwise things are looking good. Well I'm home from New Mexico. The best summer of my life is over, and I can't wait until next years. It is kind of wierd being "home" when for the last three months that ment a tent in the middle of the woods, or at least one in base camp. LIFE IS GOOD. Of course the amount of thinking I am getting done out here can't, be good for me in the long run. In either event this is the best summer of my life, and I can't wait to come back here next year. Where else can you in one day, see an elk, a bunny, amazing rockcliffs and mountains, and then watch the sunset. LIFE IS GOOD.

Have any of you ever had an experience that made you consider and reconsider every single portion of your life? As I am out here I have had a lot to think, and not just think, but think while surrounded by mountains, and other wilderness which is just amazing and beautiful. I know, I know you all miss me terribly, but I AM HAVING AN AMAZING TIME. Yeah, thats right, while you are all stuck in cincy in the heat being bored I am out hiking mountains, AND GETTING PAID FOR IT. I go out to my backcountry camp today at 4. It is going to be quite the change in rutine, and I am looking forward to it. It is so weird being surrounded by absolute stranges 98% of the time.
