lovely. the assholes at air france apparently manhandled my luggage so badly that they broke the trolley. my brand new never-used-before travelpro 22" rollerboard. retailing at over $400 and i bought it for $220. the gentleman who came by bought a replacement bag, which was a nice thought. only problem is he bought a cheapass american

i wouldn't say they are stupid. they're just trying to see what they can get away with. with a lesser customer, they might just pull it off.
