I am so confused. I have no idea what I want to do next year. Well actually I know what I WANT to do, I want to take the year off, I want a break from full time school, I want to take interesting classes that are enjoyable not mandetory. On the other hand I know that I am impulsive and that my reasons for wanting things might not be the best. One ( Read more... )

Hey! Thomas More! Seriously. I can tell you'd love it -- and honestly, it's really, really easy compared to Trivium. It's everything good about Trivium, and nothing bad -- you're free and happy here, to put it cheesily. Having gone to Trivium, you'll be perfectly prepped for all that's wonderful about Thomas More; they'd love you not only because you're you, but by association with both Natalie and Trivium. (Wink wink.) Trust me: I'm often wrong about stuff, but you would love Thomas More. If you apply, you'll get in, and you could always transfer if you rilly rilly hated it ( ... )

I'm sure you'd start college even if you took a year off. But you should definitely be sure that it's what you want, first. I hope you figure this all out!

Hey Jill! I would go to college. I know it sounds horrible now, but you can always transfer if the school you go to isn't for you. Besides, you'll be really bored next winter when there is nothing to do and everyone else is in school. Just my thoughts on the matter. But I think you'll realize that college is way different from high school. You can take the classes that interest you and not what Trivium thinks will interest you. Besides, if you can get one year under your belt you can always take a year off after that if you think you need time off to reflect/realize what you want to do/or whatever. And the college year isn't as long as high school either. But if you don't like Gordon, I would look in to Thomas Moore. It's like trivium just not as crazy and you'll be with Becca and meet a lot of interesting people. And you'll still be close enough to visit me, of course...hehe. But good luck on whatever you decide!!!! I'll see you tomorrow.
