Dang, I've never written one of these journal things before. I ain't so sure I trust the working behind it, but I guess it can't hurt to write one of these, right

Man, I don't know, but she's always got a good head on her shoulders. It ain't her fault that I can't understand Friend Nat. I'm still workin' on it, though.
I know what it looks like, but we can't just learn by doin' nothing, right? We always gotta keep people pioneerin' these things, making sure cats don't know more than they're lettin on. This ain't just about homework, it's the spirit of the thing.
Haven't you ever wanted to know what your cat's thinking? I've had Friend Nat for a while, but I still can't help but wonder sometimes.
I like that idea, man. I think I might try that out somewhere along the line. Maybe go shoppin' sometime to get something to keep Friend Nat happy and distracted.
(ooc: Sure! Ryan's been here for a while, the two of them have probably seen each other around at least.)
I've only been here for this semester, but these journal things seem to be quite convenient, if only at least to keep up with our classes. So yeah, quite useful.
Besides, it's also used to contact friends, or just anything, really.
Though it's impressive that your cat is intelligent. I just hope it won't try to go for my owl when it comes around to visit our dorm.
Eh, Odin's around six pounds, give or take, and he's about 24 inches long beak to tail, and has a wingspan of about... 56 inches? So he could make himself appear larger than what he really is.
Still, I think cats are pretty neat pets as well. Owls are more useful for courier services and they look pretty neat while in flight.
Cats, though, you can pet and play with. Besides they're cute quite independent and can help you whenever you feel down.
Yeah, you got some nice points. Friend Nat's always good to have around and she's been keepin' me happy ever since I got her. Course, if I had an owl I might be able to get mail to Ma Beckwith and Riley easier than I do now.
I'll try to keep Friend Nat from gettin' too feisty round your owl, though. She's got a good heart, but she ain't heard of privacy and can't help bein' hungry most of the time.

My cat's pretty smart, but I wouldn't ask her to do my homework.

(ooc:Since they're in the same dorm, may I assume they've met before?)
