can the things you regret be undone, at least emotionally? (ie. through an apology, through the acknowledgement that you did what you thought was best at the time and/or that you did what you felt was within your capacity in that particular situation).
why do you add people to your friends list when you just ignore them (well, i can only speak for one of them)? you don't need to pretend you're there when you really aren't. in fact, it's hurtful, and more than you might think, and for different reasons. i know (or believe strongly) that you don't care. otherwise, you wouldn't have let this continue on for so long if you did

no, it does make sense. one of my biggest regrets actually comes from overaction (that's a good way to put it). yet i've done it more than once. so add an extra regret a few times over.
