[Duo's in his office at work, in uniform but only in the button down shirt and slacks. The jacket he chose for the day is slung over the back of his office chair. One leg is up on the table. He doesn't look upset or worried, but he's kind of got a grimace of pain about his features.]

So... anyone got any suggestion for an old injury acting up? Like

It's no trouble! Lightposts make life here easier, and I've got healing abilities. I can be over there in no time!

I find warming packs help with the cold. My ears do the same thing when it gets this cold. If it's on a more accessible location, to with a heating blanket or something. That's about all I can say.

Its my leg, so a heating blanket might work when I get home. Wonder if Cat's got one...

If not, take an old sock and some uncooked rice. Fill the sock with the rice and tie it up. Put it in the microwave for about 6 minutes and you have a poor persons heating pack.
