what the fuck is my problem. I've noticed that I'm jumpy like crazy again how i was in middle school. i also know that the more autonomic reaction one has the more the emotion reaction is. i trained my self out of this sophomore year. when did i start caring again? this isn't good. i mean its pretty bad how much i flinch sometimes.

we are all only human. there is only so much we can do. maybe we are suppose to fail. we need to experience failure what happens now doesnt matter. no matter how you look at it you can always get back on track so let your self slip a little bit. the only way you can permently fuck your self is if you die. its not worth dying over petty things
