I think for other projects involving EL wire, it'll be a case of REALLY drawing up a proper layout for the wiring so that it's not moving so much.
From what I gathered on the various articles on the Tron Legacy costumes, all the wiring was actually embedded into the rubber of the suit itself - only the connection points (which I assume weren't as fragile as ours) - were exposed.
Congrats for the win guys! XD I only wish I'd been there to see it IRL. You guys look gorgeous. It was really interesting to read the whole process, thanks for writing all of that up :D

We'll probably rewear at another Supanova after some patching up I think, I shorted out TWICE at the con an Steve had to kindly solder me back in.
