I passed my lifeguarding test this weekend which was horrid and made my weekend miserable because it was so long. It spanned over 3 days, friday it was from 6pm-9pm, saturday and sunday it was from 8am-6pm

There was an over 300 pound lifeguard there so I think you'd be fine.
