On Tuesday we decided that the rainy weather was totally suitable for outdoor fun, in the shape of kettlewell scarecrow festival.

Things we learned:

A) if the locals are wearing wellies and carrying walking poles, thats a pretty good hi nt about the nature of the thing

Chris is away shooting the LS video for Empty Men today so I am going to entertain myself in York.
Not sure what this is going to involve. Hmmm.
First thing it should really involve is some elliptical striding. Yuck :/
