It's amazing!!! Peter and I agreed one and a half hours this morning and one hour tomorrow. We got loads done with the reward of a clear conscience for the rest of the day *g* I have refused to set foot in his study for weeks, and now It's almost tidy, AND my sink is *still* shiny.

Six years ago R had a radical surgery for prostate cancer. Yesterday he found out that the left-over cells are metasizing(sp?) and the doctor wants him to start hormone therapy next Thursday. Do you have those nights where you just don't want to go to bed 'cos when you turn out the light you know all the things you've been busy shoving into the deep, dark corners of your mind will come out?

It's one of those nights. I'm so tired I feel sick, but I know by the time I get into bed I'll be wide awake. And then...

I bought Oliver a frisbee today, and we played with it just in the house, he was a bit scared of it at first, but after a bit carried it off and put it in his basket with the other good stuff. My friend called and I was forced to go to her house for lunch with 2 other friends so I had no time to shop Mind you it was a weird meal...but who cares?? Life can get very complicated when you live so far away from your family. We've finally found somewhere to stay for Christmas that's not going to break the bank. Sounds good, a small 24 bedroom hotel, chef owned, in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
