Last week was Golden Week here in Japan. It's basically a week where most everyone is on vacation. As such, it's really busy everywhere and trying to travel in general just sucks. Well my host father here in Daito just about died tonight...well, maybe that's exaggerating a bit. We were all eating dinner (my host father, mother, grandmother and I) when he starting to cough. I love watching Japanese MTV...the announcers try to act really cool and punk or whatever fits the occasion, yet they still use the polite form of Japanese...hehehe...

Drunk again...so I'll take the time to post. There's not really much to do here in Daito in the evening but drink, watch tv, browse the internet or maybe have sex I suppose; though there are NO night clubs or anything like that here...in fact, I would doubt the existence of a love hotel here if it weren't so much a part of the Japanese young ( Read more... )
