The best part of all this? Was watching my son with the cooled, empty pot. He was practically sticking his head in, trying to get the dregs. He proclaimed it The Best Jam In The World.

The fact that it hasn't jelled properly, (although it did seal!) is not making me happy. It's insanely runny.

So. I made jam today. A lot of jam. A lot a lot of jam. I needed to get rid of 4 pints of strawberries and a lot of rhubarb. (Unspecified amounts, I really don't know how much.)
