i LOVE your confusion! just because i feel the same... like youre not depressed, but youre not happy, and nothing makes sense. i think the thing ive said most for at least a month is "i dont understand my LIFE!" its a frequent occurence... right, thought i'd share. :]

not unhealthy! i read your lj as well, you know. and here we are: talking via lj posts. also, i've come to understand that this part of our lives is to be expected. it just sucks to actually have to live through it when i spent the better part of my high school career thinking that i'd never have to go through the "finding myself" phase of life. but here i am, finding myself, and having a grand old time. how about you?
