Happy to see this story return at last! Thank you both.
UST and attraction abounds in spades, here - they're actually flirting! I don't think I'd expected that at all, but I enjoy it very much. Tangible tension - can't wait for the eventual release. :-P

And that there General ogre should get his comeuppance soon and in the worst way. What a horrible, evil man. *shudders*

A tiny bit of possible concrit - when Ennis thinks of Jack wearing a "venetian mask" to conceal his emotions, isn't that anachronistic?

I love this story. I missed it so much. I hope they'll be more updates soon! (I wondered if POP takes place around the time of the Romans and if Jacobus would bare any resemblance to a certain 'Prince' :D

Our Jacobus is actually based on the Prince for the most part - especially his physical appearance, but also his character more or less...lol

So glad to see a new chapter. Nice to see that the boys are on better terms. Jacobus certainly didn't have the most wonderful childhood. Hopefully when they return from war, the boys can really talk things out.
