New 'do!
I got my hair cut on Friday and I couldn't be happier with it. I haven't taken a picture but will soon. I am just amazed at how much my hair can do. For instance, I never knew that I had curly hair! Magic is getting back to her normal self...just in time for mole hunting season!
Monday we removed Magic's lamp shade. She has been very happy since. Her fur has started to grow back and I haven't seen her scratching. I did notice today that she was starting to itch a bit so I might do her flee treatment a few days early. Well, I better get to work. I will have to update about my Texas trip from the weekend later. Having been captured by singing stuffed animals...
Today my sister and her three kids are coming for a visit so I tried to tidy up my room that I share with my son so the boys can play in there. Really I should say the room Bennett allows me to sleep in every night because I really only occupy one small corner of the room. Prayer request...
I took my dog, Magic, to the vet today. It was an emergency visit although I made the appointment on Saturday but today was the soonest they could see her. She has a really bad hot spot which I had been treating with benadryl to stop some of the itch until they could give her something stronger. Friday night Lexie, Bekah, Amanda and I went to DC for the Keith Urban concert. Our seats were pretty good although they were in the 400 section. We were in row A so there was no one in front of us. Today is a half day at work. During the summers we have different hours so that people can make the most of the weekend and avoid the parking lot that is any road around the northern virginia area. Today the new Bon Jovi album comes out. I, stupidly, preordered mine from Target.com so that I would get upromise points for B's college education so I will not get it for a few days. But I am sure the album will be great! Go out and get yours ( Read more... ) -
You better watch!
This week is going to be the best week of American Idol ever! Bon Jovi is going to be on it. I think it is only going to be Jon Bon Jovi but I will take whatever I can get. He is going to sing the first song off of their new album. The link is in my last entry so you can listen to it.
