that depends on what you export it with image sequence. if you export with 8 then its a small file size, but if you export with 30... it's pretty huge

I usually export 30, make the gif, then open the gif under quicktime and export again under 8 and then replace the original.
that way the gif will be as slow as I want it but small (^_^)

I hope that makes sense

hello there! :D
first off, thank you for this wonderful tutorial, i love it and it seems easy. :D
but well, i have quite a problem w/ Quicktime. i'm using Wins 7 and when i installed iTunes, Quicktime also got installed too (they always go together right?).

but my Quicktime can't play videos! really, i rarely use QT to play videos so it's hard for me to understand. like when i want to see a video, QT would always pop-up a notification, something like... "Your QT needs a componient for it to play your video". -__- something like that i can't remember.

like this, the video is being played but nothing shows up in my screen. ; ;

What format is the video?

it's in .avi format. ; ;

that's probably why... you need a codec that plays avi on QT. I use perian, but that's for mac.

I THINK http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm
might work for you... at least this is what I've found that has the best rating amongst PC users

install that and see if it works.
