So, for some reason Sensei thinks sam is a better instructor than me. Maybe its because he is a better fighter, and has better kata. Maybe its because he only teaches grappling and hasn't worked kata in like a month. Maybe its because he does the same thing in class everyday. Oh WTF?! I thought Sam needed to tone it down for some time now, just cuz he has a halfway decent *not even all that amazing* set of abs and natural talent he thinks he's the shiz. When I taught he was much better at running new drills everyday, I'm bummed he seems to have lost that. I'll talk to him, because there is NO POSSIBLE WAY he should ever get those kids hurt EVER other than maybe they got a bruise fighting another kid. He shouldn't be fighting hard enough to dislocate a shoulder, Sam is a good enough fighter he doesn't need to even try to fend off kids. I'm pissed that his ego got in the way of his control and he forgot what his job was: to teach these kids self-defense and to teach them discipline and respect, not to show off so he feels better about himself. Ughs, I will talk to him this is just unacceptable.

Well Sensei was furious and he is going to talk to him today. I sent sam a flurry of angry texts to which there was no response. But yeah i mean the other day he was grappling 3 kids at ones and just threw them all over the place and when he finished he goes. "i'm so cool" and i yelled at him. I told him he needed to get beat up, and that there was nothing cool about beating little kids and he got all mad at me. Every time i try to talk to him he just completely ignores me. So yeah, when he comes to teach today he's gonna be in big trouble.
