I've started feeding Bootsie on the prey model. It just sort of happened. I'd switched over a few years ago to grain-free kibble, since once I'd dropped grains it seemed even more compelling that a domesticated wolf wouldn't thrive on corn and mush with a little meat byproduct thrown in. I gave blood yesterday and thought I might as well record those numbers here too. My blood pressure was 122/75, which the lady kind of sniffed at, but I think is fine. I'm sure it isn't a valid conclusion to think giving blood stresses me out more than going to the doctor! Probably just a time of day thing ( Read more... )

I just got my automatic test results from a blood draw this AM. (Will get blood pressure and pulse on Monday.) So, I went back to see how they compare to my results when I had been doing primal for roughly seven months.
