Andreas and I are coming - and I will be happy to put myself on your kitchen staff and work like a dog!! Oops, my dogs lay around, chase squirrels, and get spoiled horribly just for being cute. Well, I ain't that cute, so how about I come and work like a human? I just wanna bring my own knives and cleavers, cause I'm used to them. Any other equipment needed?

I would love the help! You are welcome to bring whatever knives/cleavers you would like. I'll e-mail you the menu in about a week and give you more details. Equiptment-wise? Favorite turnip peeler & slicer? We will have the baronial cooking gear but the knives are pretty bad. I'm plotting the work out this week so I know what will need prepped for each dish. We are going to have some fun decorating stuff too. I ordered the peacock feathers the other day to do a chicken/peacock. I'm making a paper mache head tonight while watching Castle. The "peacock" will go to high table and regular chickens (painted saffron or parsley) will go to everyone else. I'm excited about the fun stuff.
