i came in from taking out the trash to find eddy perched on a pillow on the recliner. he looked so stinkin' cute that i had to take a couple pictures and he obliged by throwing a couple cute poses my way...

my how time flies...
it's been awhile. i last posted in may, about three and a half months ago. in those three months i have been a busy bee:
i started my third job since leaving the company that i had been at for ten years earlier this year. i really like this job and plan to stay for awhile. i must say that it is refreshing to be out of the apparel industry.

pupsicle
saturday was hot. super duper hot.
we got popsicles from the ice cream man and had to share them with the pooch to keep him cool. it was so hot he had a hard time keeping his eyes open.

several weeks ago, i spread used coffee grounds in my garden beds in an effort to improve the soil. for weeks the grounds went undisturbed by the dog. saturday morning i caught eddy rolling face first in the grounds trying to get the scent on him:

wow, is my face sore! the jaw manipulation that the doc did coupled with the jaw exercises that i was doing yesterday have left me so sore. like how a workout always hurts more the day after. i am hoping that some of this pain goes away by tomorrow so i can go to the yarn store ( Read more... ) -
hungry, hungry hippo
my arthocentisis went very well today.
i am on a soft food diet for a week which is quite a bum out. luckily, twice baked potatoes are one of my favorite foods. -

i am having jaw surgery next friday. oddly, enough i am looking forward to it.
