It's always super-hard to get into something, but take it in small steps. You're obviously not going to dance and stretch 24/7. So try and go maybe 10-15 mins a day for a week. 10-15mins of dance, followed by 10-15mins of stretching. After that, if you really don't like dancing so much and rather stretch, keep the 10-15mins of dance for warm-up, then stretch for 30-45mins a day. :)
You could also look up dance videos, or contortion videos, or even gymnastics/rhythmic gymnastics up on youtube. You might find some inspiration there. That's where I go to get mine :D. Laterssss.
