The intensity of past stretches was bad. I now understand repetition is key, and I'm getting my flexibility up at quite an amazing rate. I've done two stretch sessions in less than 24hrs, and I can almost do a full pike and stuff. :) Yep.
Even though I JUST got back into my daily stretch routine, I've upped the intensity quite a bit. I should have good pics up soon. xD because with my new intensity... I should have those damned splits come friday. xD
