Just saw a tutorial on how to Spin newspapers into yarn

I need another hobby like a hole in the head, but this one just looks damned cool.

Oi. I don't get a paper, since it just wastes paper, but at least now I know I have materials on hand if I get the spinning jones at my parents! Wow!

FYI: The latest Bound and Lettered shows a European artist, Ivano Vitali, who twists paper into "yarn" then either weaves or knits it into art. They show a picture of him with the giant yarn balls and his man-sized (as in 5-6 feet tall) knitting needles creating a piece.

how very, very neat. Might make cool camping matts to put on the floor of your tent. Makes me want to take up spinning.

Do not want!

Would get ink all over self and would periodically (!) attempt to read funnies on sweater hem and get arrested for indecent exposure.
