If you are generous in heart, spirit, and wallet, someone will try to scam you.
Be generous anyway.

If you are optimistic and think the best of others, some will call you a fool.
Be optimistic anyway.

If you realize that "some" does not mean "all", then you are wise.
Be wise.

In the final analysis, you are the only person who you have to live with.
Be strong in your self, your beliefs, and your attitude. No one else can do it for you.
