The company was good about keeping you informed of your purchase order even though it would make you angry. I give them good merchant points for that. I would however have your kilt taken in professionally and then send a letter detailing your whole purchase experience and receipt for adjustment in to them. I would look at it and see where it could be taken in at. Then go to a good lace and have them do the adjustment. Most of the time is is just moving the straps. As for the place that sent it to you, I would say yes only if it can be overnighted and overnighted back.
