Dealing with really sick and really dying people is a lot tougher when they are 25 years old than when they are 85 years old.

For a while I was so sure that I wanted to go into hospice and palliative care, but I don't know if I can do that for people that (in my opinion) shouldn't be dying.

This makes me sad.
