Tuffy Anne is my eldest cat (aka feline child). She is also Chief Poobah Stinker Kitty and Baby In Charge. She also saved my life during many dark times in the past several years. To say that I love Tuffy is an understatement of gargantuan proportions.

Miss me?

Sometimes, I do, too.

It seems as though I've either been sick or injured since December, which pretty much sucks. I'm feeling much better currently thanks to some changes and additions in medications. Now, to just get caught up on housework and other projects.

1/2 lb sharp Cheddar
1/4 lb Roquefort or blue cheese
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
Minced chives
Heavy Cream

Put Cheddar and blue cheese through food chopper, or grate fine and blend with cream cheese, chives and heavy cream.   Beat until fluffy.  Mound on a serving plate.

On Twitter, yesterday, someone tweeted about receiving the custom chocolate bar they created at Chocomize . This led to me creating a variety of personal chocolate bar combinations. I can't afford to order any of them, so I call them my "fantasy bars". I thought I'd share the site...and my combinations. :)

Ingredients:

2 Italian eggplants
4 tomatoes
10 ounces mozzarella di bufala
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves
1 cup flour
6 eggs
Salt and pepper
Peanut oil (or olive oil)
