Stopped taking my Lexapro.

It's driving me crazy, withdrawals maybe. Really dizzy and irritable.

Today went well. Took 2 Stacker 2's during lunch. Ate half a bowl of chicken noodle soup for dinner. About 200 cal's total today. Can anyone tell me which is better: 2468 diet or just cutting cal's to about 200 a day?
