I finally did something
I have been meaning to do
for a very long time
I have no idea what the repercussions will be
nor do I care
at the moment
I am contented with the fact
that the weight of the world
no longer rests upon my shoulders
as heavily as it did a few moments ago

I love my parents! They make and buy me yummy food so that I don't have to live off cheap soup, mac 'n cheese and boiled chicken.

And just so you people know, it's not that I don't know how to cook, it's that I rarely have the time and energy to devote to making more than stove-top food. (Don't you roll your eyes at me!)

As if it isn't enough that over 200 teachers are going to be laid off in Portland because our government cannot think of a way to balance things like Education and National Defense, we are in for yet another nasty turn over that will eventually lead to us, the poor students, and even poorer families being forced down the crap shoot again. I am on my Livejournal because I am putting off editing and finishing my paper that is due tomorrow.

I am eating left over stuffing straight from the tupperware container.

It isn't very good.
