you are interesting! i feel the same way about herbs and wild foods...wish i lived somewhere where i could wander around and get what i needed directly from the source.

and i second yer thoughts on higher education. i am killing myself trying to finish a pointless degree, and i'm still not sure what i'm doing with myself.

we're working on starting a freeschool in my city. aiming for next school year, but in the meantime we're planning a kind of intergenerational learning community/after school program. i'm pretty excited about it.
