So today is the first really, really bad low i've had for weeks. I've been trying to be really positive recently and it was working but I just kind of crashed now. I have to keep looking forward to Sunday otherwise things are just gonna get really bad (and I know i'm in danger of hurting myself...and I don't want to).

I guess that's it.
