Ugh I got to work late today (meaning 7:10) and now i can't get the caps off of the PH probes.....not a good sign for the day

I am going to be at work for what feels like forever. I started a growth curve this morning and after 5 hours the bugs aren't even up to an OD600 of 0.01. Considering that normal Saccharomyces can get up to an OD600 of 5 or 6 in this media, I am here for at least 48 hours. This is going to royally suck.
