I’ve never been a round dinning room table kind of girl. I don’t think it was so much that I didn’t like them I just never had one growing up and we often gravitate to what we know. So we’ve been dead set on a square or rectangle table. Then I saw this perfect room set up by Nate Berkus (sp?) that I really want to implement in our living room/

Bombay does have nice things but everything in their store always feels so dark and heavy in a visual way. If that even makes sense? We are really trying to keep things slim and airy. But I will be sure to check them out. Thanks!

Isn't it annoying how the chairs are ALWAYS so $$$?? It's a damn conspiracy! They make you fall in love with the table and then you have to suck it up and buy the matching chairs which end up costing more than the table itself...

I have very strong feeling on what I like in my home but I definitely feel like it's extremely different then the norm. I was showing my friend at work photos of our place and she wanted to know where all the "stuff" was. I was like, we don't really like a lot of stuff. I think when you streamline your home people tend to think it is uninviting but I love it for us.
