In July I am trying to write 50,000 words to give my novel (working title Keeping The Hippos Away) the kick start it needs. I am not allowed to make edits, just write what comes into my head and sort it out later. Thanks, I have really enjoyed doing it and found it to be very useful. I now have a very clear idea of the plot and where the holes are that need to be plugged.
I had a look at your website and your comments about being Australian made me laugh. I have only had that a couple of times (one kid thought I was Spanish!?) but then I am from Oxford so I sound like I've stepped out of a Jane Austen book.

Lol, I haven't had the Spanish one. I'm a Geordie by birth, but moved down to Kent when I was seven. No one could understand me so I worked hard to lose my accent. Now I speak telephone English, if you know what I mean :)
