I think you may be severely confused. Optic color is not at all an indicator of a bot's alignment/intentions. Where is this misconception about Autobot optics always being blue even coming from?

Because not all Autobots have blue optics. I am an Autobot, and mine are yellow. I have known quite a few Autobots that have green, yellow, orange, or even a rare few red optics. I have also met Decepticons with blue optics.
