Well, you might be old enough to appreciate household appliances, but not so old that you only cook at mealtimes.

I mean, you will be making brownies and frozen pizza at one in the morning once in a while. Am I right?

Nope, a cooking sign of "old" is when you make EVERYTHING in the microwave because it's less work. So I guess it's one of those cyclical things since that's how most people cook in college too.
