I got my ears pierced! I feel so mature, even though most people get their ears pierced on their third birthdays. Oh well, I'm proud of myself.

My mom has some weird thing against earings. She thinks they are barbaric or they demean women or something. She let Rachel get earings at 17 though, so she had to let me get them, too.

Yes, I did get my ears pierced when I was three, but then my holes got infected and I had to let them close up. I didn't get my ears repierced until I was like, fifteen...?
